About Us

E&I Circle is a vibrant, online networking community exclusive to real estate entrepreneurs and investors. Whether you are interested in quick flips, foreclosures, short sales, lease options, property management, wholesale, creative financing, or land banking, you can find the information and connections you need to succeed right here.

We strongly believe that anyone can become a real estate investor. However, all new investors face barriers that discourage them from ever taking their first step, including fear, skepticism, and a lack of capital, credit, partnership, or support. With access to the right information, all of these barriers can be overcome.

Our members understand these roadblocks and know that accessibility to appropriate information is the key to getting started. We believe that success is comprised of 80% hands-on experience, 10% networking, and 10% training. By continually balancing these three activities, anyone can learn how to develop a successful investing strategy.

E&I Circle was founded in 2009 by Jiin Son and Tuyet Vu, two like-minded individuals with a vision of starting a web portal for real estate entrepreneurs and investors. Since then, we have provided a variety of events and services designed to enhance the knowledge of our members and visitors.

With the addition of experienced and highly-successful investor Donald Kung to the E&I Circle team, the community’s educational aspects have been enhanced even further. Donald’s hands-on investment experience combined with his expert credentials as a broker, buyer, seller and private money lender provide investors with great insights into intelligent and informed real estate investing.

To encourage wise investing, we provide a range of information on Business and Entrepreneurship, Investment and Finance, Mindset and Personal Development, and Real Estate. Combining these resources with our networking events and seminars, we help our members develop an increased knowledge base, which leads to shrewd and successful investing.
